Sure thing! A significant part of this coaching experience involves your commitment to a cleansing option.
You may select a 4-day or 8-day Seneca Indian Cleanse or a 10-day liquid mono diet known as The Master Cleanse. All cleansing options are designed to complement and work with your body’s own cleansing and detoxifying processes and, at the same time, to nourish your body with things it needs to function. Video #1 will help you choose the best option for you.
The 4-day and 8-day options are based on the Seneca Indian Cleanse. This is one of my favorite cleanses for beginners because it's easier for most people, as it does not deprive you of food for long periods. If you choose the 8-day option, you are essentially doubling the 4-day option. This cleanse is powerful at cleansing the organs, tissues, muscles, blood and lymph fluid of toxins, then working to remineralize the body. On day one, you eat selected fruit; on day two, you drink herbal infusions; on day three, you eat selected vegetables; and on day four, you drink vegetable broth. This will be extremely detailed for you as to what is in season and most appropriate to include during this process.
The 10-day option is The Master Cleanse. According to Tom Woloshyn, author of “The Complete Master Cleanse,” the Master Cleanse is one of the most simple, effective and inexpensive cleansing and healing programs available. It is a liquid mono-diet designed to work with and compliment your body’s own cleansing and detoxifying processes, and, at the same time, to nourish your body with things it needs to function. At the very basis of the cleanse, the main ingredients are good, clean water, fresh-pressed lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. So, for 10 days, essentially all you’re taking in are multiple glasses of this liquid, nourishing, cleansing concoction. No food. No caffeinated tea (herbal tea is allowed). No coffee. No bone broth. Not even a bite or a lick of something are allowed. Just you, “lemonade” and water, on a “real life” cleansing island for 10 days.
